Dear leaving for Europe cum Hollywood Secrets cum The Call from UOB

Shall insert an entry here before continuing with the uploading of my photos for the Taiwan trip.

Today is Monday. Ok strictly speaking, its Tuesday cos after 12 liao. Dear is now on the plane flying to Europe with his family for holidays. Met with Dear yesterday. He sent me home last nite even though it was kinda late and he has not packed his luggage cos he says he wants to spend more time with me..hee feel so loved. Dear called me at around 630 pm and we talked for a while..he leaving for the airport soon..then later at 950 pm , he sent me an sms on the plane. Hee. Plane taking off at 10 pm. Will be a long flight. I already starting to miss him. Oh no. Think cos now everyone is sleeping and its so quiet except for the sound of my keyboards..thats why...PiggyingZ will miss her Pigaholic for 10 days.

Met Sheila at Orchard this afternoon. Decided that we will go shopping first before meeting the others for dinner. First, we went Hollywood Secrets cos I wanna trim my eyebrow..its getting very messy...the last time I did it was long before my exams? think should be. My fingernails are also kinda long so decided to do french manicure since I never did manicure before..hee..just feel like spending money to make myself happy even though I am jobless. Sheila helped me took a lot of photos. Will upload it when Sheila has uploaded it and sent to me. Hee.

Dunno whether its six sense or wat...have a feeling that UOB may called..so I removed my handphone from my pouch and left it on the table while doing my manicure. UOB really called! Luckily, the manicurist has not started painting my nails yet. Just dipped my hand in warm water after the shaping. Its Sarine, the HR Manager. She asked me about my results...whether my course is a direct honours course or not. So, I just told her I onli got a pass with merits. Then she told me she will contact me in a couple of days to let me noe about the outcome of my application. Oh no. How would you interpret this question and my answer to it? Two scenarios.

1. Pessimistic:

"They are comparing all the candidates now. So means if I dun have honours, I will lose out to pple who has it if all of us are on even standings after the interview. My hope of getting a job at UOB is dashed."

2. Optimistic:

"They are asking about my results cos they are computing my pay for me now. =) So, they need to noe wat results I get so as to compensate me accordingly ma. Yay! They are processing my application now. I am going to get a call from UOB soon to tell me that they are going to offer me a job."

So, which one is more likely???? I seriously dunno. I think I did ok for all my 4 interviews, be it phone or face...the HR manager seems to like me. The 3 interviewers at the second interview seem to like me too. Haha. But I am an optimistic person. So, I am in more favour of Situation 2. Haha. But I must also prepare myself mentally that it may be Situation 1..so that if I really didn't get it, at least I wun be so upset ba.

So just prayed hard now..nothing that I can do.
