Tmr is MONDAY again!
Heard from managers that tmr there will be 7 newbies coming to work tmr but I suppose they will onli reach in the afternoon like we did cos morning has to report to HR at Raffles Place.
Hee..kinda excited to see them..haha dunno why..maybe cos after they come, they will be trained on remittances then they can take over us, then we will be free to go for training on other skill sets...hee then something new to learn once again..although I would not say that I am super proficient at remittances now. There are still a lot of things that I am not sure of and have to look to my manager, Ashley, for help most of the time. She is one sweet lady and very friendly and helpful too! So lucky to be in her team lor. But she will be going to Australia next week to clear her block leave. Will miss her.
Anyway, on Friday, I managed to set a new record..hee so happy that day. Managed to exceed 200 calls pick-up that day. Hee..very happy...first time to exceed. Our daily call pick-up is one of the KPI that is tied in directly with our performance bonus..our manager's target is at least 150 calls pick-up per day. But what really matters is not just the quantity of the calls that you picked up but the quality of the calls. I realised that there is so much things that I dunno and there are always so much changes going on everyday so its important that we keep ourselves updated on the latest infomation.
Ok..tmr is Monday and its kinda special. Hee..cos we are allowed to dress down tmr and the colour theme for tmr is BLUE, haha...this colour is chosen to beat the MONDAY BLUES...jeans are allowed tmr but I think I will not be wearing jeans..its Monday after all...although in the email they say jeans are allowed but I wonder how many pple will wear jeans..I dun want to be the odd one out tmr...so its better to wear more formal then look out of place in jeans?
Didn't manage to meet up with Dear over the weekends cos had a class outing on Saturday..wanted to watch movie with Dear after that at PS but no more tickets left..all the seats left were single seated..so cannot watch the Island..maybe next week ba..I still wanna watch my War of the Worlds..wonder whether issit still showing..
Sunday..Dear busy in his bro's shop so we didn't go out..I spent my day at home...catching up with my dad and mum..hee not bad la..reading Harry Potter in the morning..I woke up at 11 by the way..then later afternoon still went to sleep...must be the week's tiredness..slept so much like a PIG..haha ok..I am a PIG ma..then at nite..mum decided to go eat zhi cha at coffeeshop..hee dunno why..I feel very happy...brother went out..so onli the three of us...eat until super full lor.
Dear is on his way now back to school cos sending his little brother back to hall...tmr is the first day of school for NTU..no more school for us Dear..its back to work..Jiayou!
