Dinner at Cafe Cartel
Met up with Mingyi, Cindy, Denise and Bin Qin. Cindy leaving to Australia for her attachment on 4th June and Mingyi leaving on 15th June. So its sort of a farewell dinner? Dunno how to put it. Farewell seems sad. Ok just a dinner together before the two of them leave Singapore and it will be at least a month before the 5 of us can meet up again.
Spend quite a bit of time deciding on wat to eat. Finally settled on Soft Shell Crabs and Prawn Combo. Top it up with Soup of the day and a drink plus free flow of bread. Haha. Got mingyi to help me take a photo of me with all the food using her camera phone. I looked like a pig with all the food lying in front of me. Shall post it after Mingyi upload it and send it to me. You will be amazed at how much I can eat. Haha.
What did the rest have? Bin and Mingyi ate dory fish, Denise had grilled chicken with spaghetti I think and Cindy has pork ribs. Haha. I can't remember the exact name. But everyone's food looks so good. I had a taste of everything. We gals like to share our food. Hee. Everyone will get to try a bit of the food that each of us order. Hee. I like it. That's nice.
Knew all of them since Sec One. About 9 years of friendship? Wow. That reminds me. Maybe we should have somthing grand next year to celebrate our 10 years of friendship. Hey gals, if anyone of you read this, must remember and we shall make it come true next year. Hee.
I think I must have eat a lot cos I was super full after the meal. Think I gained 1 kg from the meal. Haha.
Talk and eat. Eat and talk. It was a very nice gathering cum meal. I liked it. Looking forward to our next outing.
