Look at all our Disney Photos that we bought in JB! Supposed to upload individual stickers one but the photos doesn't turn out well cos got reflection. 

First trip to Johor bahru with dear

All in all a nice day.....we started off the morning with the recce as shown in the photos below. Then we got my colleague's dad to drop us off at city square for some shopping...it was so crowded...it was a new sight from the common household names that we always see in singapore g2000, giordano , isetan etc....i think the concentration of smaller and unique shops is higher which is good. Amazingly, we did not really buy anything coz we not in the clothes shopping mood...but when we walked inside the world of cartoon shop....dear went shopping crazy...we saw very cute winnie the pooh theme stickers that cannot be found in singapore at only RM1.4 per piece. We swept 2 of each design which amounts to around 10 pieces. And the next shopping place was ...........(scroll down for the answer)













POPULAR....wahahaha.....go there just to shop at popular....i was desperate to get a photo album for the arrangement of my photos...haa..so ya...went for it...furthermore, we found another 4 designs of winnie the pooh stickers...so it's 8 pieces more.....plus harry porter and the half blood prince was available at only RM39.95. That is like 18 bucks for the hard cover book la...haa..we bought it straightaway...however, dear was suffering from headache..so we decided to cut short our visit and proceed to walk to the customs.....it was just a 5 mins walk from city square..so ya...but before we left..we decided to try out some malaysian food...and we ended up buying...................(scroll down for answer)









At my Macdonalds....haa.......we bought 2 meals at RM8.75 each (4.5 sing) and ate it onboard bus 160...haaa....all in all a wonderful day..shall do it more often...=)

the room was FANTASTIC lor....and it is sooooo real cheap...especially for the corporate rates....it was so unbelievable cheap that we had to seek confirmation whether those rates refer to this room... 

dear and me waiting for the staff to get back to us regarding the availability of their director of sales and marketing....our first impression of the resort was great ..although there were some comments on the stuffy-ness of the place...it could be the weather though 

went to JB yesterday with dear...and colleagues...the intention is to check out the resort with my colleagues to see whether it is suitable to hold our annual corporate retreat...since the team going for the recce is only 3 this time round, decided to invite dear along for the trip and the carrot is...1 day shopping spee at jb...so dear came with us....this is the name of the resort - Sofitel Palm resort
