Our Date at Suntec

Met Dear at Suntec today. Wa super crowded..people jam at the bridge to Suntec...think I took 15 mins just to get across lor. Think its cos of the Comex fair and food fair. But cos Dear already at the Comex fair to help out his brother, so decided to meet him there.

Super hungry..haha cos since morning, I onli had one cup noodle. Suggested to Dear that we go Kenny Rogers to have dinner. We had the lover's special...Half-a-chicken, ribs slab, three side dishes, my favourite muffins and of course the nice ice lemon tee..Dear so sweet, he let me have the chicken drumstick while he eat the thigh meat lor..thanks Dear..hee I have a very wonderful dinner. Thanks for the treat! Still feeling very full now..haha.

Dear also bought me a very cute Disney Easter Egg from ShangHai. Inside got chocolates but cos still coughing now, so going to eat them after I get well! Dear also bought Giant a new set of clothes!!!! Really cute. Just now, met Dear's bro and his Da Sao at the IT fair then they sent the both of us home. Then, Dear and I help Giant to put on his new clothes. Super Cute! Its a Rooney Jersey and a Man U shorts lor. Now, Giant is really Dear's favourite liao!

Thanks Dear for everything! Know that you went to Shanghai for work but you still find time to buy things for us...hee...thankie.

Happenings for the week.

Seems like I am doing injustice to my bloggie. Haha. Haven't visited it for one whole week! Something to feed you now..haha.

Dear Dear was in Shanghai for his business trip for the past week. I fell sick since last week. Went to work last Thursday. But was coughing so badly that I could not talk anymore and told manager that I am going to see the doctor after working for one hour. In the end, waited for one hour for the doctor and he gave me one day MC, so had to go back to work on Friday although my sore throat was still kinda bad. Very painful as I talked. Think the cxs talking to me over the phone must be thinking that they are talking to a male officer. Haha. Anyway, it has been more than one week, Dear came home this morning but my cough has not recovered yet. Luckily, next week and the week after, I will be going to Phase 3 of my training. So, time to rest my throat and hope it really gets well this time.

This week of work was kinda stressful cos another hotline was routed to our call master. Haven't took the test yet so I must admit that I was not really prepared! So, it was a mad rush, flipping through my notes and stuff trying to find the answers...so many reports and I dunno which one is the correct one to retrieve..haha...cmit...still in the process of learning. I have a nice teacher. Her name is Juliana. We called her our "Chiku" (not sure how to spell it but it just means teacher in Malay). Yesterday was her last day of work. She is actually a temp staff working here but she has been working here for the past 8 months handling this hotline. So, u can say that she is the Guru in this area...encountered all the weird questions and situations before. Kinda sad that she is leaving us cos without her, there will be one less person to turn to for help. I better go read up my notes again and learn faster..if not my call stats will suffer...I am still under probation and call stats is one of the KPIs. I really hope that I can be confirmed before the 6 months is up. So better perform, Piggyingz!

Had a break on Wed morning cos there was training but after lunch, it was back to the stressful environment. I hate it when I dunno what to do but there are simply too many things to learn. So many different situations that you will encounter and giving the wrong information is definitely a NO NO. Rule of the thumb: If in doubt, always ask. But sometimes, when everyone are on the line, you really have to go try find the answer yourself! Still in the process of learning how to fish on my own..haha..trying hard.

Looking forward to training next week. Training is always fun and informative but tiring on the mind. Everyday after training, your brain is superloaded with information that it is even more tiring than working...haha but got time to rest my throat lor..and also I will have a test this coming Friday. I brought the notes home to study but haven't touch it yet. Haven't been checking my personal emails for one week..still clearing them. Talking about emails..seems that my c. email never ever gets cleared..it just keeps on coming non-stop! Ahhhhh!

ok..so much about work. Dear is back from Shanghai. Received his sms at 5 plus this morning when Dear reached Changi Airport. But was so drowsy from sleep that I just replied Dear and told Dear I am going back to sleep...hee paiseh. Have been keeping in touch with Dear everyday through smses. Seems that we smsed each other more often when Dear is not in Singapore. But quite sad cos Dear can sms me when he is in office using the Internet but when he is in office, I will be working and I can't reply him. And when I leave office and can reply Dear, he already left the office. Haha..timing is just not right.
